Stefano Toselli

Projects on the topics of legality, digitization and innovation

Stefano Toselli is a Coordinator of SAFE-IN Project. At the same time, he is head of the coordinators of ANCI Lombardia. He manages working groups, technical and experts in a wide range of topics related to the activities of ANCI Lombardia. He is responsible for the organizational and administrative activities of the Association. Additionally, he developed projects focused on legality, digitization, and innovation areas for the local Public Administration.

Giorgia Pasciullo

Project Manager

Giorgia Pasciullo is a European Project developer and European Project manager with over ten years of experience. She designed developed and consequently managed numerous projects funded by the main EU funding programmes. She has been working in ANCI Lombardia since 2019 as a Project Manager and coordinates teams of European projects.

Matteo Bianchi

Coordinator of EU and international cooperation department

Matteo Bianchi has been working in ANCI Lombardia since 2012. In addition to the policy-making activities resulting from his role as a local administrator, he is responsible for coordinating policy on Europe and local finance in the interests of ANCI member municipalities, as well as for the development of service projects.

Lauro Sangaletti

Press office Manager

Lauro Sangaletti is an editor-in-chief of “Administrative Strategies” magazine and a Press office manager of ANCI Lombardia. He is active communicator in giving visibility to projects and initiatives of the Association and of the participating Municipalities.

Arianna Ferrari

Project manager assistant

Arianna Ferrari has been working in ANCI Lombardia since 2021 as a technical-operational and strategic staff in support of coordinators and Project Managers, in particular European Programmes. She is a member of the project team as technical secretary and coordination activities. She was a tutor in online training events and conferences as a technical support staff and trainer.

Andrea Boffi

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Andrea Boffi is a technical and financial expert in European Direct funded project, mainly dealing with quality plans and project monitoring.
Currently managing 10+ R&I projects, long lasting experience with EU grants under the Horizon Programme, he is also a lecturer for the Sole24Ore Business School, as well as he assists different Members of the European Parliament concerning European funds.
Andrea Boffi works as European expert and project manager ANCI Lombardia in Brussels. European Project Manager, he has worked in Brussels for more than 12 years, and he is specialized in writing and managing direct projects for both public and private sectors.

Ermelindo Lungaro

Project specialist

Chartered Accountant, Auditor and President of the Company Law and Corporate Governance and Commission of the Monza Association of Accountants.
He is lecturer at the Tor Vergata University of Rome on the “Anti-corruption” master’s degree.
For more than fifteen years, engaged in risk management and internal audit projects in the public and private sector.
Chairman of various Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 Member of the Executive Committee of Transparency International Italia He has published several books and articles on the subject, organizes and participates in conferences on compliance and anti-corruption.

Valeria Vergine

Expert in Regulatory Compliance

Lawyer, public official, territorial contact person in Transparency International Italy. She dealt with compliance and construction of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as being a member of numerous Supervisory Bodies.

She collaborated, also as a trainer, for the three-year Corruption Prevention Plans pursuant to law 190/2012 and compliance with transparency and controls in the PA and in the Economic Public Bodies and/or Public Companies. She regularly teaches for ANCI Lombardia and recently contributed to the drafting of the new ANCI Lombardia Guidelines for the prevention of corruption in the Municipalities.

Andrea Ferrarini

Expert for the Implementation of Training and Information Activities in the Field of Ethics in Public and Private Organizations.

Consultant and trainer, cofounder of the professional association “Spazioetico”, which provides training courses to public administrations and public companies. He has previously coordinated the projects of ANCI Lombardia on corruption prevention and legality.

Currently collaborates with SNA (National School for Administration) as an expert on the issues of conflict of interest, whistleblowing, public ethics and integrity skills
