Milan, October 3, 2024 – at the ANCI Lombardia headquarters, the training workshop “We Can Do It! How to Manage a Report” took place, an initiative dedicated to the new whistleblowing regulations for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
As part of the SAFE-IN project, funded by the European Union through the Anti-Fraud Program, this workshop aims to promote integrity in the management of business processes.
Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to acquire essential practical and theoretical skills needed to successfully implement and manage internal reporting systems, ensuring full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.
The training program was designed to develop knowledge and best practices related to handling violation reports, ensuring real protection for those who choose to report. Engaging simulations and group work allowed participants to directly confront real-world scenarios, enriching their experience.
Experts in whistleblowing and Transparency International Italia led the workshop, including: Ermelindo Lungaro – Project Specialist; Andrea Ferrarini – Lecturer and Consultant in Public Integrity; Giorgio Fraschini – Head of the Whistleblowing Program at Transparency International Italia; and Alessia Rizzo – Whistleblowing Assistant at Transparency International Italia.
